Service Scope & Timings

• Suraksha Live Chowkidar provides Remote Live CCTV Surveillance & Voice Deterrence Services.

• Active monitoring hours are strictly from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.

• Our primary objective is to issue live voice warnings via loudspeakers upon detecting suspicious activity and immediately alert the property owner. This service is a remote active deterrence solution and does not replace physical security guards or provide insurance coverage.

Network, Internet & Electricity Disruption (Force Majeure)

• Client Site Responsibility: It is the client’s responsibility to maintain an uninterrupted power supply (Electricity/UPS) and a stable internet connection/4G network at the monitored site.

• Service Interruption Disclaimer (Both Sides): In the event of power cuts, internet provider outage, telecom network failure, server downtime, or sudden technical issues on either the client’s end or the monitoring command room’s end, Suraksha Live Chowkidar shall not be held legally liable for any loss, damage, or incident occurring during such downtime.

Equipment & Hardware

• Installation, camera hardware, and wiring charges are strictly non-refundable.

• Physical protection and maintenance of the installed equipment on-site remain the client’s responsibility.
